Designed by Makoto Koizumi and produced at Kaico’s Tokyo workshop in Sumida Ward, this double-handled pot streamlines every step of pasta preparation. Built from enamel-coated steel, it features a removable 18-8 stainless steel strainer with drainage holes that release water without letting a single noodle escape. The strainer’s handles stay upright for easy lifting and serving. A wide base ensures even and quick heat distribution, while the gently curved pouring spout prevents messy drips during transfers.
