Description
Description
Crafted by Rikucho Ogasawara, a master of Nambu Tekki tradition in Iwate since 1916, this cast iron fish pan honors generations of Japanese metalworking heritage. Individually hand-poured into single-use sand molds, each piece is beautifully unique. The nonstick surface distributes heat evenly and naturally enriches food with iron. While perfectly shaped for grilling fish, it's equally suited for deep-frying, stir-frying, and stewing. Made from chemical-free materials, this cookware grows more seasoned with use and eventually returns to nature, making it a safe choice for you and the environment.
